I am a married LDS man with grown children who are now bringing us grandchildren.
I married my first and only wife over 35 years ago. We had our first intimate experiences together and have lived together faithfully.
I grew up in an LDS family that honored God and taught correct principles. All of my brothers and sister have been married for many years to their only spouses. Almost all of my parents' numerous posterity continue to adhere to the LDS faith.
My teenage years were normal. The body presented many temptations but because of the times I was protected from easy access to pornography and I traversed my teens without that burden added to the normal burdens of sexual maturation and mastery of the body and its appetites.
I have served in leadership callings in the church.
While I recognize that my intimate experience has been lawful I have recently been called to a new understanding of the blessings and duties of the marital estate. It is my purpose to engage in a discussion of these here.
